In the AT&T Advisor application press “Menu” and select “Sound Options”. Then choose your sound preferences.

You may choose to turn the sound off within the recent Info and Offers Menu. To disable the AT&T Advisor alert sound, select “Menu,” “Options” and then “Sound Options” from within the recent Info and Offers Menu, then choose "None" or “Silent”. This will disable the alert sound indicating that a new offer has been delivered.
