Prior to AOL he received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Michael Rockefeller started his career at at DDB Needham Worldwide Advertising for such clients as Michelin Tires, Weight Watchers and Ore-Ida Foods. Mark Ein is the founder and CEO of Venturehouse Group, LLC, a technology holding company that creates, invests in and builds world-class Internet, technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to forming Venturehouse Group, Mark was a Principal with The Carlyle Group, a large private equity firm with offices around the world. From 1992 to 1999, Mark had primary responsibility for many of Carlyle’s telecommunications investment activities and led private equity investments of more than $300 million in telecommunications and technology companies. Mark Walsh is the head of a small venture capital firm focusing on interactive/internet technology and services. He has been in the internet industry for over twenty years, heading up consumer internet efforts for GE, running AOL’s internet and business to business efforts, and as CEO of VerticalNet, a business to business internet company which he took public in early 1999. Jon envisioned a proactive mobile delivery channel equally well-suited to the needs of carriers, content providers, and brands. In response, Mobile Posse developed a turnkey mobile delivery platform which activates the phone’s idle screen to seamlessly deliver advertising and CRM messages – while ensuring a superior experience for end users. \Mr. Murray joined SoftBank Capital in 1997 and has over 15 years of experience working with high growth technology based businesses. His experience includes sourcing and managing venture investments, all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and significant corporate finance and accounting. He focuses on digital media technologies as well as a variety of technology based services Chris Holden brings 18 years of early stage investing and company building experience to Court Square, including 10 years with Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation in a variety of senior executive roles. From 1995 to 2000 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Kesmai Corporation, a wholly owned software and technology subsidiary of News Corp, which he sold to Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS) and America Online (NYSE: AOL). |
